Dear Families,
We are quickly coming to the end of the school year. April and May are going to be full of activities. TCAP week will be April 11-15. Please have your child/children to school on time. Tests will be taken in the 8:00-11:30 time frame daily.
Warm weather means playing outside on the playground and students playing in the woodchips. Flipflops are not suitable for students to wear on the playground and may result in foot injuries. Students are encouraged to wear athletic type shoes on the playground.

April 25th - PreK applications for 2011-12 school year 8:00am at the Central Office
April 26th - Family & Friends Picture Day
April 27th - Annuals Delivered
April 28th - Tom Thumb Wedding 7:00 pm
April 29th - Progress Reports go Home
April 29th - Kindergarten & 1st Grade Egg Hunt at Nursing Home
April 30th - PEACE Program trip to Lookout Mountain
May 3rd - 5th Grade Safety Day at Fairgrounds
May 5th - Kindergarten Zoo Trip
May 6th - Academic Achievement Day in the morning
May 6-8th - 8th Grade trip to Gatlinburg
May 9-10th - Achievement Days
May 11th - 3rd Grade trip to Science Museum
May 12th - 1st Grade trip to Jamestown
May 13th - 5th Grade school trip
May 16th - SPED trip to Jamestown
May 17th - Kindergarten Graduation 7:00 pm
May 19, 20, & 23rd - PreK and Kindergarten Pre-registration
May 20th - 4H Fun Day at the Methodist Church 10:00-1:30 pm
May 20th - Band Concert in K8 Gym - 2:00 pm
May 24-25th - Kindergarten Visits
May 26th - 8th Grade Graduation 7:00 pm
May 27th - Last Day of School
