SEPTEMBER NEWSLETTER

Dear Families,

     The month of September is full of fundraisers, progress reports, and the beginning of football and basketball season.  We are already in the middle of the first nine weeks of school.  Progress reports will go home on Thursday, September 11^th.  Our school wide cookie dough fundraiser ends on Friday, September 12^th.  Please turn in all orders and money on the 12^th.  We will announce the winner of the new Xbox One and 32 inch HD TV as soon as all orders are turned in and processed.

     We will be having a dance sponsored by our Special Education teachers on Friday, September 12^th. Grades 2-4 can attend 5:00-6:30 p.m. and grades 5-8 can attend 7:00-9:00 p.m.  Students are to be dropped off and picked up at the front school entrance.   Admission is $3.00.

     We will have Big South Fork Storytellers with us on Tuesday, September 16^th.  The schedule is as follows:  kindergarten -2^nd grades will be at 12:20, 3^rd -5^th grades will be at 1:10, and 6^th -8^th grades will be at 2:00.

     The 6^th grade will be starting their Rada sales fundraiser on Monday, September 15^th and will end it on Friday, September 26^th.  The 5^th grade will start their t-shirt sales fundraiser on Monday, September 29^th along with 7^th grade in school snack sales fundraiser.  They will both end on Friday, October 10^th.

     Jr. High Football Homecoming will be on Thursday, September 18^th, and we will have school picture retakes on Thursday, September 25^th.  Students will be required to have a note from parents in order to have their picture taken.
