FEBRUARY NEWSLETTER
Dear Families,
The month of January passed so quickly. February is here and state testing begins. The TCAP writing assessment for grades 5 & 8 will be February 6th for 5th grade and February 7th for 8th grade. Students will be taking the writing assessment on computers this year. Please try to have your 5th and 8th grade students to school by 8 o'clock on those days. Phase II test for constructed response in math will be on Thursday, February 20th for grades 3-8.
Mid nine weeks progress reports will go home on Wednesday, February 12th. Valentine's Day parties will be held on Friday, February 14th. Your child's/children's classroom teachers will send home all the information needed for your child's/children's parties. There will be no school on Monday, February 17th for President's Day.
