Dear Families,
I hope everyone had a great Christmas Break. The end of the 2nd nine weeks is quickly approaching. It will end on Monday, January 7th, with REPORT CARDS going home on Thursday, January 10th. School is not in session on Monday, January 21st, as a result of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
January is usually the month we begin to have school closings because of snow or ice. Our handbook states the following: Should conditions develop overnight which warrant the closing of school; first announcements concerning closing will be broadcast over radio stations WDEB (103.9 fm) and the Country Giant (94.7 fm). Television stations carrying the announcement will be Channels 2, 4, and 5. Please be sure all information is up to date and correct on your child's Student Information Sheet concerning what your child is to do in the event school closes early.

Jan 7th - 5/6/7/8 Basketball Game - Home - York 5pm
Jan 10th - REPORT CARDS Go Home
Jan 14th - 7/8 Basketball Game - Away - Allardt 6pm
Jan 17th - 5/6/7/8 Basketball Game - Away - Hilham 5pm
Jan 21st - NO SCHOOL - Martin Luther King Jr. Day
Jan 24th - 5/6 girls-7/8 Basketball Game - Away - Rickman 5:30pm
