February Newsletter

Dear Families,
I hope everyone had a great time off with the snow. Everyone appears to be ready to get back to a regular schedule.

There is a spaghetti dinner fundraiser Friday, February 5th from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. sponsored by Jr. High Football. The cost is $5.00 and includes spaghetti, bread, drink and dessert.

Ms. Cross is having her annual Book Fair. The Book Fair will run throughFriday, February 12th unless we have more winter weather, then it will be extended. Family Day will be Saturday, February 6th between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Please call in case of winter weather.

The H1N1 flu vaccine clinic scheduled for February 4th has been rescheduled for Tuesday, February 16th. Your student should have brought home information previously.

There will be a drug awareness assembly for 7th & 8th grade students on Tuesday, February 9th at 2:00 p.m.

There is a 7th & 8th grade home basketball game on Thursday, February 11th at 6:00 p.m. with Allons. This is a makeup game. The jump rope team is planning to jump.

Valentines Day parties will be Friday, February 12th. All Valentines deliveries will be on this day as well.

There is NO SCHOOL on Monday, February 15th because of President’s Day.

The 4th grade will be selling Avon for their class fundraiser beginning Tuesday, February 16th and running through Tuesday, March 2nd.
