Update on the Grandparent Wall

Our grandparent wall display is growing larger everyday. It's hard to get a good photo because it has become so big I can't stand far enough away in the hall.

We want the students to know that teachers have grandparents too, so many of us have created our own display outside our classroom doors. Several of the teacher's aides have also added their grandparents to the display. There are some interesting stories. We have one grandma that had 67 grandchildren!

If you would like to help your child create a display honoring their grandparents with pictures, stories, drawings or words just bring it to school and we will add it to our collection.
On October 9th, we plan to have an open house for any grandparents who would like to come by the K-9 and view our work. There will be more information about this in the next few weeks.
