MARCH NEWSLETTER

Dear Families,

     Hopefully, Spring is near. But who knows! We are hoping to get settled in for the homestretch. Third nine weeks report cards will go home on Tuesday, March 18th. The Boy Scouts will have a representative here on Wednesday, March 19th. to talk with 6th, 7th, and 8th grade boys at 2:15 in the cafeteria. The Boy Scouts will then have a sign up night on Thursday, March 20th at 6:00 p.m. in the cafeteria. 

     Staff development will be on Friday, March 21st. Students will not report to school on March 21st. Spring break is scheduled for the week of March 24th through 28th. This is a reminder, please check your child's/children's lunch accounts. Remember, if students owe $25.00 or more, they will not be allowed to go on school trips. Lunch reports go home weekly. If you have not been seeing your child's/children's lunch reports, please ask them for it. You can also call the Central Office and talk to Lisa Cummings about lunch account balances.

Important Dates in March & April:

      March 18-Report cards go home

      March 19- Boy Scout representative-2:15- 6-8th grade 

      March 20- Boy Scout sign up- 6:00p.m- cafeteria

      March 21-Staff Development- No students

      March 24-28- SPRING BREAK

      April 1st- 6th grade PARCC pilot test

      April 17th- mid nine weeks progress reports go home
